Bireysellik, ifade \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, anlay\u0131\u015f, empati,\nyarat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k ve iyi bir e\u011fitimi \u00f6nemseyen alfa ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131 \u00e7ocuklar\u0131; \u00f6z g\u00fcvensiz\nki\u015filer, yarat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011fa izin vermeyen ortamlar, fazla zaman isteyen i\u015fler,\nkurallar ve tak\u0131m \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nemsemediklerini yap\u0131lan ara\u015ft\u0131rmalardan\nara\u015ft\u0131rmalardan biliyoruz. D\u00fczenli geri bildirim, yeteneklerinin fark\u0131nda\nolunmas\u0131, de\u011ferli \u00f6zel takdir edilmek, uluslar aras\u0131 yetkinliklere sahip olma\nve teknolojiyi kullanarak kendi belirledikleri yer ve zamanda \u00f6\u011frenme gibi\nistek ve beklentileri olan bu ku\u015fak i\u00e7in STEM e\u011fitimi art\u0131k l\u00fcks de\u011fil,\nmecburiyet olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>G\u00fcnl\u00fck Ya\u015fam Becerileri, Do\u011fal \u00c7evre Bilgisi, De\u011ferler ve Etik,&nbsp; bile\u015fenlerinin k\u00fclt\u00fcrlemesini i\u00e7eren ve okul \u00f6ncesi e\u011fitimden y\u00fcksek \u00f6\u011fretime kadar t\u00fcm e\u011fitim s\u00fcrecini kapsayan disiplinler aras\u0131 bir yakla\u015f\u0131m olarak kabul edilen STEM e\u011fitimi k\u0131saca, <em>\u015fuan olmayan, ama gelecekte var olacak olan mesleklere, birey yeti\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in yap\u0131lan uygulamalar b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcd\u00fcr<\/em>, diye tan\u0131mlayabiliriz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/image.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-22232\" width=\"582\" height=\"328\" srcset=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/image.png 453w, \/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/image-300x169.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 582px) 100vw, 582px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Asl\u0131nda OECD\u2019nin yay\u0131nlam\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu tabloya bakacak olursak, 2030 y\u0131l\u0131nda&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/hashtag\/stem?epa=HASHTAG\">STEM<\/a>&nbsp;mezunlar\u0131n\u0131n %60&#8217;tan fazlas\u0131n\u0131n \u00c7in ve Hindistan&#8217;da gelmesi bekleniyor ve \u00fclkemizin 2023 hedefleri yada ekonominin devler liginde olma hayali varsa STEM\u2019in tan\u0131m\u0131ndan \u00e7ok, neden \u00f6nemli oldu\u011fu konusuna biraz daha kafa yormal\u0131y\u0131z diye d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum. Bu nedenle Yapmam\u0131z gereken son\n\u015fey, \u00f6\u011frencilerimizin hayallerini d\u00fczle\u015ftirmek olmad\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc 4. End\u00fcstri\nD\u00f6neminde,&nbsp;sosyal &amp; duygusal \u00f6\u011frenme\n(SEL) yoluyla elde edilen i\u015fbirli\u011fi, ileti\u015fim ve problem \u00e7\u00f6zme gibi STEM\nbecerilerine sahip olma durumu, y\u00fcksek istihdam edilebilirlik ve e\u011fitimsel\ntatmin sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>OECD\u2019nin h\u0131zla de\u011fi\u015fen\nd\u00fcnyada, yeni \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlere ihtiya\u00e7 var mottosuyla a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131\u011f\u0131 <strong>E\u011fitimin ve\nBecerilerin Gelece\u011fi 2030 Projesiyle, \u201c<\/strong>G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz \u00f6\u011frencileri,\nd\u00fcnyay\u0131 geli\u015ftirmek ve \u015fekillendirmek i\u00e7in hangi bilgi, beceri, tutum ve de\u011ferlere\nihtiya\u00e7 duyacak?\u201d <strong>&nbsp;ve \u201d<\/strong>\u00d6\u011fretim\nsistemleri bu bilgi, beceri, tutum ve de\u011ferleri etkili bir \u015fekilde nas\u0131l\ngeli\u015ftirebilir?\u201d sorular\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131t\u0131n\u0131 aramas\u0131 kesinlikle tesad\u00fcf de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00fcreselle\u015fme ile birlikte\ne\u011fitimin ve okullar\u0131n gelece\u011fi ile ilgili farkl\u0131 senaryolar\u0131n olu\u015fmaya\nba\u015flamas\u0131n\u0131n temelinde, i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fumuz bilgi \u00e7a\u011f\u0131n\u0131n nimeti olan\nkar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 etkile\u015fim ve bilgi zenginli\u011finin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra,teknolojik geli\u015fmeler\nile&nbsp;bilgi payla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131, okul denen yap\u0131n\u0131n sorgulanmas\u0131na neden\nolacakt\u0131r. \u0130\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fumuz pandemi d\u00f6nemi, \u00f6\u011fretim faaliyetlerimizi uzaktan\ne\u011fitim \u015feklinde sekron yada asekron ortamlarda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirebildi\u011fimizi ve kendi\nbelirledi\u011fimiz yer ve zamanda, istedi\u011fimiz yerden istedi\u011fimiz bilgilere\nula\u015fabilece\u011fimizi g\u00f6sterdi. Burada ihtiya\u00e7 duydu\u011fumuz en \u00f6nemli becerinin bilgi\nokur yazar\u0131 olma, do\u011fru bilgiye eri\u015febilme becerisi oldu\u011funu g\u00f6rd\u00fck.
