Fear of school is defined as “Resisting school-age child not to go to school, not accepting friends and carrying out behaviors like crying” and according to research, 4 out of 5 children have problems on the first day of school.
Starting school for a child is the first step of entering the social environment outside of his family. According to his/her parents the main reason for the child’s fear of school is leaving him there and not picking him up again. Therefore, some children may develop school phobia. In fact, what is feared is not only the school, but the fear of losing the child’s trust, control, nutrition, approval, protection.
In these children, which we frequently encounter in schools, movements such as loss of interest and energy, irritability, introversion, crying without reason, complaints of headache and abdominal pain can be observed.
What can be done to children who fear this school to overcome this fear?
Children should be given realistic information about the school so that they do not have negative feelings towards the school. Before starting school, the mother can encourage the child to make different friendships. In addition, other family members can share their school experiences with the child.
Family members should be in a common attitude towards going to school and the child should not be allowed not to go to school without any exceptional situation.
It should be emphasized that every mother and father have their own concerns for their children, these concerns will pass over time and what they learn at school is also important to them.
At home, the dependence of the child on the parents should be tried to be reduced, the activitiy he / she finds on his own should be supported, and the toys and games he / she can play alone should be limited.
During this period, their teachers should tell the child that he should come to school and cares about his learning. It should not be forgotten that being unable to do what is taught will cause anxiety for the child and teachers should not be worried about teaching at first. It should be remembered that strict attitude increases problems.
In addition, as much as parents, teachers have a great responsibility during the first period of school. In the first days, instead of starting classes, the school should be introduced. What kind of benefits the school will provide to children should be explained with the cartoons, small plays and theatrical performances that the child will love. In these activities, it should be ensured that children feel responsible for school by assigning duties and taking responsibility.
If the child is afraid or he cried, the reasons for this should be asked in a soft style. Certainly, a sarcastic, dismissive and comparative attitude should not be taken. The child should be told in an appropriate language that the school is not a place to be afraid of. He should be smiling, not glum.
The first days of the school, which has a very important place in the lives of children is needed great crise management skills. In order to overcome this fear of the child in the lightest way, the school should cooperate and work together in cooperation with the family.

Children in school age are avoiding doing homework as much as possible. Doing homework becomes challenging for families as well as children. While the children who come home after an intense history want to evaluate their time with activities such as resting and playing, homework is waiting for them to be done. They are also overwhelmed by the fact that parents constantly say “do your homework”
WHY OUR CHILDREN SHOULD HAVE DONE HOMEWORKS MUST BE EXPLAINED
The main purpose of the homeworks is to enable students to spend their time outside the school by acquiring knowledge, and to fulfill their duties independently of parents or another individual by gaining responsibility and order.
When our children return from school, they should not be asked to start doing homework right away. First, a work program for daily activities should be prepared and according to this plan, the rest should be allocated when they return home.
Teachers should also take care that the assignments they give are really useful for the child, worth the time they allocate, refer them to research, are not too long, that children can add something to themselves and lead to creativity. Otherwise, the child can comment, “I already know this, what is the use to me.”

Continuous intervention in children while doing homework causes them to be unable to find solutions when they are left on their own. For this reason, the assistance to be provided to the child should be measured.
And perhaps most importantly, don’t be on TV while your child is doing homework. While he is doing homework, read the book. Spend a certain time of the day on it and let the child see that you are reading a book. If you have decided, continue to practice without stepping back consistently.

Which professions will continue to be valid despite technology?
The main issue that needs to be considered is not which professions robots will take place in the future, but which professions will continue to be valid despite technological advances. Who can claim that robots that can do even creative activities such as painting and composition today cannot develop their own software in the future. Perhaps our main problem in the future will be not how the robots do or fail to do it, but how to protect ourselves from the robots. Especially when we think about the possibility of serious competition between humans and robots in the future. One of the important professions that does not exist today and that will exist in the future may be robot safety expertise, which includes skills such as software development, which aims to ensure our safety against robots. From this point of view, it will not be surprising that the human labor force, which is active in production and service sectors, will concentrate on security in the future.
The living conditions of plants and animals will also be affected…
The effects of technological development will not be limited to humans. The vegetable and animal products we consume today can be replaced by artificial products in the future. Of course, there are many parameters. Conditions such as human population and environmental factors are very important. However, it can be said that technological development affects people and the living conditions of plants and animals.
In summary, considering the differences between our recent past and present technological conditions, we can have very different conditions than today’s living conditions even in the near future. When we consider the philosophical aspect of the work, the following question may come to our mind: As humanity, are we obliged to this technological development? We all know that even though there are communities like the Amishler who reject technology, there is no practical return of this technological development worldwide. We hope that the positive results of this development will exceed our expectations and that the possible negative results can be minimized.
